Very helpful guys, even when i was enquiring, they bothered to ask me details of my setup to recommend me the appropriate components before i make my trip down. Honest enough to call me back to collect a cable i missed out that i needed for my setup.

Quick and convenient repair. Quote easily gotten via WhatsApp, paid by paynow, parts ordered, stock arrived in about 1 week, went down for a part replacement which took about 15min.

Very disappointed with the service and quality of work and professionalism. Not recommended.I have never given bad reviews. If work is bad and if I can still manage, I will just not review. But this is my first bad review.I came for laptop hinge… repair. Hinge was so badly done that the laptop screen did not even stand steadily it just keep falling off.I took the laptop to another Laptop service shop to fix it, they fixed it and this is what they had to say,” I found that some of the nuts that sit in plastic in the base of your laptop that hold the hinges are broken and as such your hinges are lose and not holding properly. This can lead to your screen breaking. (See pictures of the broken parts, and also after I have repaired them). I use special 2 component compound to fix this. It is extra strong and should hold for some time. I usually charge $80 for this but as your laptop is already open, I just charged for the materials used. I also noticed that your hinges are very loose and the screen collapses almost on its own weight. So have fixed this also for you, such that screen moves a little tougher now and doesn’t fall on its own weight.”One screw is not fixed. the hinge is still broken inside.See images.I have also attached the screenshot.read more

The gentleman at the counter diagnosed a simple problem with my pc and fixed it for free. Would not accept cash, sticking to policy of free diagnosis. Excellent service

ken is very honest and professional in troubleshooting my pc, went to 2 of the pc repairs around the neighbourhood both quoted me an extremely expensive price and advised me to change a new pc, i went down to look for ken explained to him my… problems took less than 5mins and he managed to make my pc running again without any cost.
